        company, home equity loan, freight company advance, 401K loan, life insurance
        loan from family members, church, friends,or veterans administration.

5.    This plan allows you to earn the $4000 down payment. Your down payment will be financed for you.

6.    Pick your truck from our program truck inventory.

7.    Pick your freight company.  Approval by the freight company is required.  Your
        freight company is OK or pick one of our recommendations.  In both cases we
        will assist you in making your deal.

8.    Your total settlement, minus your truck payment comes home in your name from
        Truck Tech Inc.
